📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Operate and maintain CNC machines to ensure high precision and quality of components.
• Monitor and adjust machine parameters to optimize production efficiency.
• Inspect and clean CNC machines to maintain cleanroom standards and prevent contamination.
• Follow strict quality control procedures and standards.
• Document production processes and maintain accurate records.
• Collaborate with the team to troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during production.
• Adhere to safety protocols and ensure a safe working environment.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance production processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a CNC Operator in a cleanroom environment.
• Familiarity with CNC programming and machine maintenance.
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Ability to work in a team and follow strict protocols.
• Knowledge of ISO 14644-1 cleanroom standards.
• Basic understanding of quality control and inspection procedures.
• Proficiency in using CNC machines and related software (e.g., Fanuc, Siemens).
• Valid CNC Operator certification is a plus.
