📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement compliance programs to ensure adherence to regulatory requirements and internal policies.
• Monitor transactions and identify potential risks to ensure compliance with laws and regulations.
• Conduct regular audits and reviews to assess the effectiveness of compliance measures.
• Provide guidance and training to staff on compliance issues and best practices.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) and know your customer (KYC) regulations.
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive compliance documentation.
• Stay updated on regulatory changes and industry best practices.
• Report any compliance issues to the relevant authorities and management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Law, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in compliance, risk management, or a related field.
• Knowledge of Indonesian financial regulations and BPR-specific compliance requirements.
• Certification in compliance or risk management is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
