📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and maintain customer records using our in-house CRM system.
• Process and verify pawn transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with our policies.
• Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records of all financial activities.
• Assist customers with inquiries and provide information about our pawn services.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment.
• Prepare and submit daily, weekly, and monthly reports to the branch manager.
• Assist in training new staff and ensuring they understand our operational procedures.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to our health and safety guidelines.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial services industry.
• Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with basic accounting principles and practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
