The Bazaar is located in several prime areas across Bali, including Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung, offering you the opportunity to work in diverse settings and engage with a wide range of guests.

As a Bazaar Activity Host, you'll be responsible for leading interactive activities, guiding guests through cultural experiences, and ensuring their enjoyment throughout their visit. You'll work closely with our team of artists, performers, and event planners to bring our unique vision to life. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Lead interactive activities and cultural experiences, ensuring guests have an engaging and memorable time.
• Guide guests through The Bazaar's venue, providing information about the cultural significance of each exhibit and activity.
• Collaborate with our team of artists, performers, and event planners to develop and implement engaging programs.
• Promote The Bazaar's brand and values, representing our commitment to cultural preservation and destination-inspired experiences.
• Ensure high standards of customer service, with a focus on guest satisfaction and safety.
• Assist in the organization and execution of events, workshops, and performances.
• Maintain a clean and organized workspace, contributing to a positive and professional work environment.
• Stay up-to-date with Bali's cultural landscape, local traditions, and relevant industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a guest-facing or hospitality role, preferably in a cultural or tourism setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and connect with a diverse range of guests.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with Bali's culture, history, and traditions, or a willingness to learn and embrace these aspects.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Valid work permit for Indonesia, as required by local regulations.
