📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize procurement processes, including supplier negotiations, contract management, and inventory control, using tools like SAP and Excel.
• Analyze market trends and supplier performance to identify opportunities for cost savings and efficiency improvements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery of materials and parts.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, ensuring compliance with quality standards and delivery schedules.
• Monitor and report on procurement metrics, providing insights to support strategic decision-making.
• Collaborate with the Purchasing Manager to implement new procurement strategies and best practices.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and best practices in the automotive procurement field.
• Assist in the development and implementation of procurement policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement, with a strong background in the automotive industry.
• Proficient in using procurement software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulations, including ISO and other relevant certifications.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a strong focus on detail and accuracy.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, is a plus.
