• Provide exceptional table service to ensure a memorable dining experience for all guests.
• Work closely with the kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate delivery of food and beverages.

• Manage guest interactions professionally, addressing any concerns or special requests promptly.
• Assist in the opening and closing of the restaurant, including setting up tables, preparing the dining area, and ensuring all equipment is in working order.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a fine dining or luxury restaurant setting.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with guests from diverse backgrounds.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Familiarity with POS systems and restaurant management software, such as Toast or Square.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 20 kg of weight, including dishes and equipment.
• Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize work effectively.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required.
