📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist the Operations Manager in overseeing daily warehouse operations, including receiving, storing, and dispatching of goods.
• Implement and monitor inventory management systems using tools like SAP or similar ERP software.
• Coordinate with suppliers and customers to ensure timely delivery and receipt of goods.
• Conduct regular inventory audits and reconcile discrepancies to maintain accurate records.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and quality standards in the warehouse environment.
• Monitor and optimize warehouse workflows to improve efficiency and reduce costs.
• Train and mentor junior staff on warehouse procedures and best practices.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance warehouse operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a warehouse or logistics environment, preferably in a supervisory role.
• Certification in inventory management or logistics (e.g., APICS, CILT, or similar) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of inventory management systems and software, such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with suppliers, customers, and internal teams.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proven track record of improving operational efficiency and reducing costs.
