As an Infant Care Teacher at Busy Bees, you will work closely with parents to understand each child's unique needs and develop personalized learning plans. You will implement daily routines, engage in imaginative play, and facilitate learning through art, music, and sensory activities. Our center is located in the heart of Canggu, offering a serene and inspiring setting for your work.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement daily lesson plans that promote cognitive, physical, and social development
• Create a safe and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning
• Assist with the preparation of meals and snacks, ensuring they are nutritious and age-appropriate
• Collaborate with parents to understand each child's unique needs and progress
• Implement a Montessori-inspired approach to learning, focusing on hands-on activities and independent exploration
• Participate in team meetings and professional development activities to stay current with best practices in early childhood education
• Document children's progress and communicate it to parents regularly
• Maintain a clean and organized classroom, ensuring all materials are properly stored and easily accessible

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education, Psychology, or a related field
• Minimum of 2 years of experience working with infants and toddlers in an educational setting
• Certification in Montessori or Waldorf-inspired early childhood education is a plus
• Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Passion for and knowledge of art, music, and sensory-based learning activities
• First Aid and CPR certification is a must
