📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure, ensuring a warm and welcoming experience.
• Manage the villa's daily operations, including cleaning, maintenance, and stocking amenities.
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure the villa is always in top condition.
• Handle guest inquiries and requests, providing information and solutions promptly.
• Organize and supervise villa activities such as pool maintenance, garden care, and event planning.
• Maintain a high standard of cleanliness and hygiene throughout the villa.
• Assist with guest transportation and arrange for any special requests or tours.
• Ensure all safety protocols are followed and that the villa is secure at all times.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi & Syarat:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry.
• Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Knowledge of basic maintenance and cleaning procedures.
• Valid driver's license and experience with rental cars.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
