📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Manage and optimize the Infor ERP system to ensure seamless operations across all business processes.
• Maintain and troubleshoot IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, and workstations.
• Provide technical support to employees, resolving hardware and software issues promptly.
• Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Ensure data security and implement backup and recovery procedures.
• Collaborate with other IT teams to ensure the smooth integration of new technologies.
• Stay updated with the latest technological advancements and implement necessary upgrades.
• Conduct regular system audits to identify areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in IT Systems Administration, preferably in a manufacturing or automotive industry environment.
• Certifications in ITIL, CompTIA A+, or Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator are a plus.
• Proficient in using Infor ERP system and other relevant software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Knowledge of network protocols and security best practices.
