📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Configure and manage the ESB system to ensure seamless integration between different departments and systems.
• Monitor system performance and proactively troubleshoot any issues to maintain uptime and efficiency.
• Work with cross-functional teams to align ERP systems with business objectives and operational needs.
• Ensure accurate and efficient data flow across the organization by implementing and maintaining data mapping and transformation rules.
• Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting guides.
• Collaborate with IT teams to implement and support new ERP modules and features.
• Provide training and support to end-users on the use of ERP systems and ESB functionalities.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in ERP and ESB systems to continuously improve our operations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP systems, with a focus on ESB and F&B industry.
• Proficient in ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar platforms.
• Strong understanding of ESB technologies and experience with tools like IBM Integration Bus, MuleSoft, or similar.
• Certifications in ERP systems or ESB technologies are a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
• Fluency in both English and Indonesian languages.
