📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee the daily operations of the hospital pharmacy, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
• Manage inventory levels, order medications, and ensure timely delivery of supplies.
• Collaborate with pharmaceutical teams to ensure accurate medication dispensing and administration.
• Develop and implement strategies to optimize pharmacy workflows and improve efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and industry regulations.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to pharmacy staff, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
• Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in pharmacy practice and industry trends.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in hospital pharmacy administration.
• Certification in pharmacy management or a related field is a plus.
• Proven experience in inventory management and supply chain operations.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Proficiency in using pharmacy management software such as Medispan, Epic, or similar systems.
• Knowledge of hospital regulations and compliance standards.
