In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our distribution channels to maximize revenue and customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and optimize distribution channels including online travel agencies (OTAs), global distribution systems (GDS), and direct bookings.,Develop and implement distribution strategies to increase occupancy rates and revenue.,Monitor and analyze distribution performance using relevant metrics and tools.,Build and maintain strong relationships with distribution partners and suppliers.,Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure seamless distribution of hotel inventory.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in distribution management.,Provide regular reports and insights to senior management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in distribution management, preferably in the hospitality industry.,Strong understanding of distribution channels and technologies.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficient in English, both written and spoken.,Familiarity with hotel property management systems (PMS) is a plus.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
