📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide excellent customer service to both in-store and online customers.,Resolve customer inquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.,Ensure a positive and welcoming shopping experience for all customers.,Maintain accurate and up-to-date product information.,Promote Watsons products and services to customers.,Assist in stock management and inventory control.,Collaborate with team members to achieve daily and monthly sales targets.,Participate in training and development programs to enhance customer service skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or retail.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Watsons products and services is a plus.,Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia.,Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.,Must be able to work in a fast-paced retail environment.,Must be able to lift and carry heavy items up to 20kg.
