📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage recruitment processes, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.,Handle employee relations, including performance management, discipline, and grievances.,Coordinate benefits administration and ensure employees are aware of their benefits.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR strategies and programs.,Conduct regular HR audits to ensure compliance and identify areas for improvement.,Provide HR support to managers and employees, addressing their concerns and questions.,Stay updated on labor laws and regulations, and ensure the company's practices are compliant.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a similar industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.,Familiarity with remote work and collaboration tools.,Good organizational and problem-solving skills.
