📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and control production processes to ensure efficiency and quality standards are met.,Conduct daily quality checks on products to maintain high standards.,Manage inventory and ensure timely availability of raw materials and finished products.,Assist in training and mentoring new employees to ensure they understand production procedures.,Collaborate with the production team to improve processes and increase productivity.,Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency.,Report any production issues or quality concerns to the production manager.,Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations in the workplace.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 1 year of experience in a production or manufacturing environment.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Basic computer skills, including the ability to use production management software.,Willingness to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.,High school diploma or equivalent. A vocational or technical qualification in a related field is a plus.,Physical fitness and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.
