We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operational Manager to oversee daily operations, drive business growth, and ensure exceptional guest experiences. Based in Bali, you'll be part of a vibrant team in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung, working with us to create unforgettable dining experiences for our guests.

In this role, you'll manage a team of 15-20 staff members, ensuring smooth operations from kitchen to front of house. You'll implement efficient processes using POS systems like Micros, and leverage data analytics to optimize performance. Regularly training and mentoring your team, you'll foster a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring high standards of food quality and service.
• Manage a team of 15-20 staff members, including chefs, servers, and support staff.
• Implement and maintain efficient processes using POS systems like Micros.
• Leverage data analytics to identify trends and optimize performance.
• Regularly train and mentor staff to ensure high performance and customer satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, as well as food safety standards.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to drive business growth.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment for the team.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in restaurant operations, with at least 2 years in a management role.
• Proven track record of successfully managing a team and driving business growth.
• Strong knowledge of POS systems like Micros and data analytics tools.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Certification in food safety and health regulations is a plus.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
