📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve quarterly and annual targets.,Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.,Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.,Present products and services to potential clients and negotiate contracts.,Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.,Train and mentor junior sales representatives.,Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to enhance sales efforts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a similar industry.,Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.,Strong communication and negotiation skills.,Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.,Proficiency in using sales tools and CRM software.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with Indonesian market and consumer behavior.
