📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily operations and ensure that all tasks are completed on time and to the required standard.,Manage and mentor a team of employees, providing guidance and support where needed.,Monitor staff performance and provide regular feedback to ensure continuous improvement.,Coordinate with other departments to ensure that all tasks are completed in a timely manner.,Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed and that the workplace is a safe environment for all employees.,Attend and participate in regular team meetings and staff development sessions.,Assist in the recruitment and selection of new employees as needed.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent.,Previous experience in a supervisory or management role is preferred but not required.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with basic office software and tools.,Ability to lift and move up to 20 kg.,Familiarity with the Indonesian language is a plus.
