In this role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our inventory system, ensuring accurate stock levels, and supporting our warehouse operations. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and maintain the accuracy of inventory records.,Perform regular physical inventory counts to ensure stock levels are up-to-date.,Assist in the implementation of new inventory control systems and procedures.,Work closely with the procurement team to ensure timely receipt and processing of inventory.,Prepare and maintain inventory reports for management.,Assist in the organization and optimization of warehouse space.,Support the warehouse team in receiving, storing, and picking inventory.,Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance inventory processes.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in inventory management or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of inventory control systems and software.,Excellent organizational and time management skills.,Ability to work well in a team and under pressure.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Familiarity with warehouse operations and processes.,Ability to work shifts, including weekends and holidays, as required.

🛠️ Keahlian

Inventory management software (e.g.SAPOracleor similar).Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.Attention to detail and accuracy.Problem-solving skills.Physical stamina and the ability to lift and move heavy objects.Familiarity with safety and warehouse procedures.
