Smart Urban Corporindo is seeking a talented Digital Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing digital marketing strategies to promote our products and services. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing channels and be able to drive engagement and growth. This is a hybrid role, allowing you to work from our office in Bontang and remotely.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels including social media, email, and search engines.,Analyze campaign performance and provide insights to optimize future strategies.,Create engaging content for our digital platforms, including blogs, videos, and social media posts.,Manage our social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.,Collaborate with the sales team to drive leads and conversions.,Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and best practices.,Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure campaign success.,Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to align digital marketing efforts with overall business goals.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.,2-4 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.,Strong understanding of digital marketing channels, including SEO, SEM, email marketing, and social media marketing.,Experience with digital marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and Hootsuite.,Excellent written and verbal communication skills.,Proficient in using Microsoft Office and Google Suite.,Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
