📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including inventory, staffing, and customer service.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.,Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to meet targets.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and performance.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Conduct regular store audits to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.,Collaborate with the marketing team to promote sales and special events.,Assist in the development and implementation of store improvement plans.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management or a similar role.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Proficient in using retail management software and point-of-sale systems.,Experience in hybrid work environments is a plus.,Familiarity with Indonesian retail market and consumer behavior.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
