📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and oversee all financial activities of the health center.,Develop and implement financial strategies to ensure the financial health and stability of the organization.,Prepare and analyze financial reports to provide insights for decision-making.,Oversee the budgeting and accounting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.,Manage relationships with banks, investors, and other financial stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.,Provide financial guidance and advice to the management team.,Monitor and control expenses to optimize financial resources.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role in the healthcare or finance industry.,Strong knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and budgeting.,Proficient in financial software and tools such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Knowledge of healthcare regulations and compliance requirements.
