📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Install, configure, and maintain dry etch equipment for semiconductor manufacturing.
• Troubleshoot and repair equipment issues to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with engineers and technicians to integrate equipment into the manufacturing process.
• Conduct regular maintenance and preventive measures to extend the lifespan of equipment.
• Monitor equipment performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Provide technical support and training to production teams on equipment operation and maintenance.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
• Document all maintenance activities and equipment performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related technical field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance and repair.
• Proven expertise in dry etch equipment, including plasma etch systems and reactive ion etch (RIE) systems.
• Certification in semiconductor equipment maintenance (e.g., SEMI E10, SEMI E13) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
• Familiarity with semiconductor manufacturing processes and industry standards.
