📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Plan and coordinate high-impact events across Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, and Badung.
• Work closely with clients to understand their vision and translate it into a successful event.
• Manage vendor relationships and negotiate contracts to ensure the best value for the client.
• Oversee event logistics, including venue selection, catering, and entertainment.
• Coordinate with marketing and communications teams to promote events and engage attendees.
• Monitor event budgets and ensure financial targets are met.
• Evaluate event performance and provide recommendations for future improvements.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations for all events.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in event planning and management.
• Proven track record of successfully executing large-scale events.
• Strong knowledge of event planning software such as Cvent, Eventbrite, or Bizzabo.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Familiarity with Bali's event venues and local regulations.
• Certification in Event Management or a related field is a plus.
