As an Education Consultant (Student Advisor), you'll be responsible for a wide range of tasks, including conducting information sessions, answering student inquiries, and assisting with the enrollment process. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Conduct information sessions and provide detailed information about our educational programs to prospective students.
• Answer student inquiries and address their concerns in a professional and friendly manner.
• Assist with the enrollment process, including collecting and verifying student information, and processing payments.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract new students to our programs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential students, as well as their families.
• Collaborate with the admissions team to ensure a smooth and efficient enrollment process.
• Provide excellent customer service to students, parents, and other stakeholders.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in education and marketing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, customer service, or a related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
