PT Abadi Giri is seeking a talented and dedicated HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including recruitment, employee relations, and compliance. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR and a passion for helping employees thrive in their roles. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in Indonesia while contributing to our company's success.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment and onboarding process for new employees.,Manage employee relations, including resolving conflicts and addressing grievances.,Maintain and update employee records and HR documentation.,Coordinate and facilitate training and development programs for employees.,Ensure compliance with all applicable labor laws and company policies.,Assist in the performance management process, including conducting performance reviews.,Support the HR team in managing HR data and analytics.,Assist in the implementation of HR strategies and initiatives.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR, preferably in a generalist role.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using HR software and tools.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with HR best practices and trends.
