ECHO Jaya is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Lead Technical Writer to join our dynamic team in Indramayu. In this role, you will be responsible for creating and maintaining high-quality technical documentation that supports our products and services. Your ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly and concisely will be crucial in helping our customers understand and use our products effectively.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

  • Develop and maintain technical documentation for our products and services.
  • Collaborate with product teams to ensure that technical documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and meets the needs of our customers.
  • Review and edit technical documentation to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines.
  • Create and maintain user guides, reference materials, and other technical resources to support our customers.
  • Work with marketing teams to create and maintain product literature, white papers, and other promotional materials.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing.
  • Mentor and train junior technical writers to ensure the continued quality and success of our technical documentation.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of technical writing processes and tools.

    • 🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

    Kualifikasi:

  • Bachelor's degree in technical writing, English literature, communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in technical writing, with a strong background in software, hardware, or other technical products.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesian.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills.
  • Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Adobe FrameMaker, or Confluence.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines.
  • Passion for technology and a desire to make a difference in the lives of our customers.
