📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan
Manage cashier operations and ensure smooth transactions,Provide excellent customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction,Train and mentor junior cashiers to ensure they meet performance standards,Monitor cash handling and ensure accuracy and security,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues in a timely manner,Maintain accurate records of all transactions and sales,Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
Minimum 3 years of experience as a Cashier or similar role,Proven track record of providing excellent customer service,Strong communication and interpersonal skills,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines,Basic knowledge of accounting and financial transactions,Familiarity with cash handling and security procedures,Leadership and team management skills,Ability to work independently and as part of a team🛠️ Keahlian
