📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Provide technical support to employees, including hardware, software, and network issues.,Install, configure, and maintain IT systems and equipment.,Monitor and maintain network and server performance.,Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.,Ensure the security and integrity of our IT systems and data.,Assist in the implementation of new IT systems and technologies.,Provide training and support to employees on the use of IT systems and software.,Maintain and update IT documentation and records.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT support or a related role.,Strong knowledge of IT systems, hardware, and software.,Familiarity with network protocols and security best practices.,Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.,Strong communication and customer service skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Familiarity with ITIL or other IT service management frameworks is a plus.
