📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Create and maintain technical documentation for our products and services,Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accuracy and completeness of technical content,Review and edit technical documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and adherence to style guidelines,Develop and implement technical writing processes and best practices,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in technical writing,Provide technical writing training and support to other team members as needed

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, English, or a related field,Minimum of 2 years of experience in technical writing or a related field,Strong understanding of technical concepts and the ability to explain them clearly to non-technical audiences,Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills,Familiarity with technical writing tools and software, such as MadCap Flare, Confluence, or similar,Ability to work independently and as part of a team,Strong communication and interpersonal skills
